All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ from those originally disclosed. Any pricing changes will be communicated prior to service whenever reasonably possible.

3. Scheduling and Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or cancellation fees.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to require deposits or upfront payment for certain services.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or failure to be present may result in a service fee.

6. Property Condition and Liability

Clients are responsible for disclosing any known issues with their property, including but not limited to fragile surfaces, pre-existing damage, or special cleaning considerations. Summit ProWash is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or materials not designed to withstand pressure washing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Summit ProWash and E&E Pro Wash LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the website. All website content is the property of Summit ProWash or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
